Pepperoni Pizza Recipe 🍕🔥

Ingredients

  • For the Dough:

    • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 packet (7g) dry yeast
    • ¾ cup warm water
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Sauce:

    • 1 cup tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp sugar
  • For the Toppings:

    • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
    • 20-25 slices pepperoni
    • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)

Instructions

Make the Dough:

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar—let sit for 5 min.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 8-10 min.
  • Cover & let rise for 1 hour (until doubled).

Prepare the Sauce:

  • Mix tomato sauce with oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Assemble the Pizza:

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle.
  • Spread sauce, add mozzarella, and place pepperoni on top.
  • Brush crust with olive oil.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12-15 min until golden & crispy.
