White Chocolate Donuts Recipe 🍩🍫

Ingredients

  • For the Donuts:

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ cup milk
    • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the White Chocolate Glaze:

    • 200g white chocolate (melted)
    • ¼ cup heavy cream
    • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Make the Donuts:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a donut pan.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk milk, butter, egg, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until smooth.
  • Fill the donut pan ¾ full and bake for 12-15 min.
  • Let cool before glazing.

Make the White Chocolate Glaze:

  • Melt white chocolate with heavy cream until smooth.

Assemble:

  • Dip each donut into the white chocolate glaze.
  • Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Let set before serving.
