Baconizer Burger Recipe 🍔🥓🔥
Ingredients

For the Burger Patties:
- 500g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Bacon Layer:
- 6-8 slices crispy bacon
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (optional)

For the Toppings:
- 4 burger buns (toasted)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 onion (caramelized or crispy)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- Pickles (optional)
- Mayo, ketchup, or special sauce
Instructions
✅ Make the Patties:
- Mix ground beef with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape into 4 patties and press slightly in the center.
- Cook on a hot grill or pan for 3-4 min per side.
- Add cheese on top & let it melt.
✅ Cook the Bacon:
- Fry bacon until crispy, then brush with BBQ sauce if desired.
✅ Assemble the Burger:
- Spread mayo or sauce on buns.
- Stack lettuce, tomato, cheesy patty, bacon, onions, and pickles.
- Top with the bun and press gently.
